Bart Jackson

Chief Executive Officer

Bart Jackson, CEO of Jackson Infrastructure Services, is a visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Starting his career as an inspector after working in engineering consulting and at US West, he founded the company in 1997 with a focus on the telecommunications and utilities sector. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its expertise and portfolio, emphasizing organic growth, technological advancement, and providing growth opportunities for employees. Bart’s commitment to excellence is evident in the company’s Platinum Safety Awards and high-quality clients. With a hands-on approach, he prioritizes great people, great equipment, and doing excellent work.

Martin Morfin

Chief Operating Officer

Martin Morfin, Chief Operating Officer of Jackson Infrastructure Services, brings a unique blend of construction experience and financial expertise to his role. Growing up in a construction family, he developed a passion for the industry early on, handling bookkeeping, project management, and leading crews by his teenage years. Martin pursued higher education in accounting, earning a master’s degree in accounting and business management from the University of Virginia, and gained financial management experience at various firms across the country. Holding both a California Contractors License and a CPA certification, he has an extensive track record in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and executing a wide range of infrastructure projects. Before joining Jackson Infrastructure Services in July 2023, he held key positions at Danella Power Services of CA, Inc., Asplundh Construction, and Kiewit. Martin’s leadership focuses on safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results, as well as growing the company and providing opportunities for its employees.

Mel Pollard, Jr.

Chief Financial Officer

Mel Pollard, Jr., is a seasoned CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with over 18 years of experience in public accounting and the construction industry. As the Chief Financial Officer of Jackson Infrastructure Services, he brings expertise in real estate, homebuilding, commercial and electrical construction, land development, and financial management. Mel holds a Master’s in Accounting (MAcc) from Brigham Young University and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and as a controller for Daybreak Community in Utah. He has experience that spans construction sectors and private equity, with a focus on process optimization and IT systems. At Jackson Infrastructure Services, Mel has actively implemented new ERP systems, optimized reporting and management processes, and leveraged his experience to drive company growth. He showcases his strong problem-solving skills, strategic planning abilities, and commitment to efficiency and best practices.
